It is highly recommended that you bookmark the eLearning course login page in the event you misplace your welcome email so that you can easily return to your course.
If you are accessing the course on a desktop or laptop computer and you adjust the zoom too high on your internet browser (Chrome, Internet Explorer), you may find the navigation arrows become hidden. If you experience this while taking your course, you can resolve this by either placing your zoom back to 100% or using the arrow keys on your keyboard.
Yes, the eLearning course has been tested on a wide variety of devices such as various tables and mobile phones. Depending on the size of your screen, you may want to collapse the left hand navigation menu by pressing the menu buttons located on the top left side of the screen.
On the login page for your eLearning course, you will find a link to reset your password if you forget it. When you click on that link it will require the email address you used to login to course and an email will be sent with instructions to reset. Please make sure to take a look in your email spam folder if you do not receive the email after waiting 10 minutes.
