If you live in the Beverly and Abbottsfield communities in Edmonton and have a T5W postal code, Rundle Health Centre can help you improve your health and quality of life.

As part of the Edmonton North PCN, Rundle Health Centre, you can access a team of behavioral health consultants, registered dietitians, nurses, exercise specialists and mental health professionals to provide resources, information and support to those with a T5W postal code. Services are funded by the Government of Alberta and are free.

We can help you with:

  • questions about medications, taking them properly, and side effects
  • where to go for lab work or the location of specialists
  • completion of forms or referral to other organizations
  • support dealing with stress, loss, grief, or loneliness
  • addressing tobacco use, smoking, alcohol consumption
  • eating better, increasing physical activity, and feeling less stressed and happier
  • caring for your feet and diabetic foot exams
  • wellness programs such as Happiness Basics or Anxiety to Calm.

Support from a Behavioural Health Consultant is also available in a number of member clinics.
