When you arrive at the clinic, you will be asked to answer a brief set of questions about your medical history and overall health. This will help us ensure that your tests for optimal vaginal health are up to date and allow us to chat with you about any concerns you might have.
Services at the Edmonton Community Health Hub North require a referral from your family doctor, who is a member of the PCN.
